We’re hybrid athletes and founders of the ASCEND app. We like training that works and nutrition that makes sense. Our goal is simple. Help people get stronger, build endurance, and become more capable, whether that means feeling better day to day or preparing for something specific.

Our approach

Strength + endurance can be built together

A lot of people are told to choose between building muscle or improving endurance. Our experience has been different. With the right structure and nutrition, you can do both at the same time. That’s what we’ve focused on in our own training, and what everything inside ASCEND is built around.
Our background

We've taken a different path

We both started in sports, then moved into more physique-focused training before eventually realizing it wasn’t what we were looking for long term. We wanted to feel stronger, more athletic, powerful, and well-rounded again.

That led us into endurance training and, over time, into combining both. Hybrid training became the approach that actually made sense for how we wanted to train and live.

This is more than just training

We want people to feel capable in their training and in their day to day life. To be strong, have endurance, and not feel limited by their fitness.

Whether you’re just getting started or training for something specific, the goal is the same. Build something that lasts and keeps you progressing.
