Three quick, high-protein smoothies designed to fuel recovery, boost energy, and keep you full for longer. We’ve got tropical, snickerdoodle, and brownie batter — all >30g protein in under 5 minutes.

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
  • ¼ cup soy yogurt, vanilla or plain
  • ⅔ cup frozen mango
  • ⅔ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ½ scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
  • Small handful of ice

SNICKERDOODLE

  • ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • Small pinch of sea salt
  • Small handful of ice

BROWNIE BATTER

  • ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ¼ cup silken tofu (or plain soy yogurt)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
  • Small handful of ice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash more milk or water if needed to blend.
